The نقش‌مایهٔ ایلی motif is executed by counting threads; there is no machine printing. The سفید و قهوه‌ای palette comes from natural dyes and the local vocabulary of کرمان. The work took ۱۸ working days and every edge was finished by hand. At ۱۵۰ × ۱۰۰ سانتی‌متر and light in weight, it is easy to store and use daily.

The story

حکیمه ابراهیمی learned the craft from earlier generations and now teaches it in کرمان. Archival museum pieces were re-read and re-drawn as working patterns on paper. The work is produced with a cooperative and local workshop alongside other weavers. It took ۱۸ working days, and part of the income funds training for village women. Colour fastness and yarn quality are reviewed before every piece is released.
Wash pateh and felt by hand in cold water with mild soap and dry flat. Store rolled rather than folded, wrapped in cotton cloth. Silk and termeh are dry-clean only; avoid alkaline detergents.
