The requirements below must be documented by the artisan or workshop and uploaded into the quality system before compliance can be confirmed.
• Check hand-tool marks and natural surface irregularity • Record photo or video evidence of the making process • Match declared materials against a laboratory sample
The technical committee reviews this standard annually; when market or export rules change, a new version is published and announced in the artisan panel.
