The requirements below must be documented by the artisan or workshop and uploaded into the quality system before compliance can be confirmed.
• Count rows per 10 centimetres • Record knot type (Persian/Turkish) • Check reverse-side evenness
The technical committee reviews this standard annually; when market or export rules change, a new version is published and announced in the artisan panel.
