International shipping runs through DHL and Aramex, with customs paperwork, an export invoice and an exit permit travelling with the parcel. Typical transit is five to twelve working days.
Every piece is packed in multiple layers: shock-absorbing foam, acid-free paper and a moisture barrier. Fragile works use a double-walled export box.
All parcels contain the certificate, authenticity tracking code and the artisan's story card. Gift wrapping and a handwritten note can be added free of charge.
