Kilim weaving tekniğiyle tamamen elle üretilmiştir; özgünlük sertifikası ve takip numarası ile gönderilir. گلیم سیرجان — نقش درختی was knotted row by row on a hand loom; the even rows and the reverse side vouch for its weave. Handspun wool was dyed with madder, walnut husk and weld, then dried in the shade for weeks before weaving. The درختی شکسته design was drawn by hand on graph paper and only then transferred to the loom. Its اناری و سبز palette follows the natural seasons and shifts character under warm and cool light.

Hikâye

Bu eser Kerman bölgesindeki bir ustanın hikâyesini taşır; her ayrıntı el işçiliğiyle tamamlanmıştır. استاد بهروز کوهستانی completed this piece in his own workshop together with local weavers. The design was re-read from the artisan's family archive and the colours rebuilt from plant recipes. The maker's work belongs to کرمان, a province where carpet has been Iran's export language for centuries. The weaving took ۷۰ working days in total and passed several quality reviews along the way. A signature knot at the edge keeps the road back to the weaver permanently visible.
Wash once a year with diluted carpet shampoo and cold water, then dry in the shade. Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity above 60%; air the reverse side every few months. Move the piece with two people, lifting by the edges so the knots are never dragged.

A piece worth seeing

The handmade piece arrived with its certificate and the artisan's story card; I feel I bought a narrative, not just an object.
