Using the Soleyman Fakher platform means accepting the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, e-commerce regulation and handicraft export rules.

Responsibility for the accuracy of the description, material authenticity and intellectual property of the design rests with the artisan; the platform issues final approval only after quality review.

Prices are in Iranian rial, with international transactions converted at the prevailing rate. Placing an order means accepting the price and shipping terms.

Any misuse of images, texts or provenance documents is pursued legally. Complaints can be filed through support.
