The آویز بیضی motif is executed entirely with hand tools; no industrial casting is involved. It took ۱۴ working days and was finished with a jeweller's cloth. They select the stones personally and travel to the Nishapur mines for turquoise. The design is drawn on paper first and only then rebuilt in metal.
